Terms
This terms of service is an agreement between BerryByte Limited ("BerryByte") and the user of our product and services ("you", "client", "your"). By using BerryByte ("our", "we", "us") products and services, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. You must agree in order to continue using our services. We may edit this terms as we wish, and as the client, it is your responsibility to refer to this document occasionally for any updates.
By accepting these terms you indicate that you also agree to the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) & abide with the Law of The Land.
Return Policy
Orders and transactions are eligible for refund within 2 days (48 hours) of the initial order payment. You must provide a valid reason for a refund. We will process this refund within 3 days, processing time will not count as the days of used services. A small transaction fee may be taken by the payment processing methods. Once the refund is complete, you may not purchase a product for 3 days to prevent future abuse. You may not request for a refund if your service has passed our eligible refund period.
Liabilities
We will not be responsible if you lose your data. Whilst we take regular offsite backups to ensure your protection, we encourage you to make your own. We take no responsibility if you lose your data. The responsibility is in your hands. If you are found to have illegal material or stolen software, we reserve the right to terminate your service without notice. We are not obligated to give you a refund.
Account Registration
Information provided during login must be valid and legitimate, and may be checked during registration of an account to prevent fraud. Multiple accounts under one client are not allowed to prevent spam and other fraud cases.
Legal Rights
BerryByte has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we seem fit. If you have any legal queries, please email legal@berrybyte.net.
Acceptable Use Policy
By using our services, you agree not to use them for any illegal or abusive purpose, which include but limited to:
- (D)DoS
- Torrenting
- Port Scanning
- Crypto Mining
- Bruteforcing
- Using Tor on our systems
- Abusing the network to intentionally disrupt BerryByte's network and harm to our customers.
We may suspend or terminate your service if we consider your service in use for such activities without compensation or refund.
Chargebacks
Any chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your invoices will result in your accounts with us being immediately terminated and will be banned from using our services until the dispute is removed. We are not liable for the files lost in the event of a chargeback, and may be deleted without compensation.
Cancellations & Suspensions
Unpaid services will be suspended 3 days past due date on the service and will be subjected to a 10% late fee to the invoice. After 14 days (2 weeks) of lack of payment for your service, files and data of the service will be terminated and removed from our systems.
Your data
We are not responsible for the sort of data the client may store on our systems. If we detect any illegal or abusive use of our systems, we reserve the right to terminate the service without notice and compensation.
